Denial of city's motion to dismiss a suit by police officers seeking attorneys' fees and costs after being found not guilty of criminal charges is affirmed where: 1) the trial court correctly rejected the City's claim that the court lacked jurisdiction because of insufficient service of process; and 2) formal service of process was not required in any case.
