Grant of plaintiff's motion to substitute parties and denial of defendant's motion to dismiss are affirmed where: 1) the trial court correctly allowed plaintiff to amend its complaint; 2) the court did not err in finding that it had subject matter jurisdiction; and 3) venue was proper.
