District Court of Appeal of Florida

Jean-Marie v. State, 3d04-2570

Convictions on weapons charges and for armed burglary are affirmed where defendant had the intent necessary to support the convictions, but the sentences are overturned where double jeopardy barred defendant from being convicted and sentenced for two crimes involving a firearm that arose out of the same criminal episode.
