Gianos v. Baum, 4D05-3073

Judgment for defendants in a medical malpractice case is reversed and remanded for a new trial where the trial court abused its discretion in prohibiting plaintiff from commenting in closing argument that defendant did not present the testimony of a pathologist at trial.
