District Court of Appeal of Florida
L.T. v. State of Florida, 2D06-3
An order withholding adjudication and placing a juvenile on probation after a court found her guilty of disrupting a school function is reversed where the trial court erred in failing to grant a motion for judgment of dismissal because there was no evidence that defendant intended to disrupt a school function when she reacted to an attack on her sister by a classmate.
