District Court of Appeal of Florida

Linkous v. Linkous, 1D06-0575

An order finding that there was a valid contract between the parties is affirmed as to the validity of the contract, a finding that appellant breached the contract, and an award of arrearages, but reversed as to a grant of specific performance where appellee has an adequate remedy at law through a cause of action for breach of contract, and thus specific performance is not an appropriate remedy.
