U.S. Block Windows v. Dixon, 1D05-5613

An order of a judge of compensation claims (JCC) partially granting claimant's requested workers' compensation benefits is reversed in part where an award of temporary partial disability (TPD) benefits for a certain period and the authorization of an orthopedic surgeon for treatment of claimant's left shoulder, were precluded by the doctrine of res judicata.
