District Court of Appeal of Florida

Gibson v. State of Florida, 1D05-4265

A conviction for trafficking in cocaine is reversed where the trial court erred in denying defendant's motion for judgment of acquittal as the evidence legally insufficient to convict the defendant in that the state failed to present evidence that a particular baggie of cocaine found in a public parking lot came from defendant.
