An order dissolving a writ of garnishment is affirmed where appellant failed to rebut a presumption that the target bank account was intended by defendant and his wife to be held as a tenancy by the entireties, and thus, they were entitled to have the writ dissolved since the account was not subject to garnishment for a debt owed by defendant individually.
