District Court of Appeal of Florida
Tice v. Albertson's, 1D05-4012
A portion of a final order in a workers' compensation case denying claimant's request for medical treatment is reversed and remanded pursuant to a claim that the judge of compensation claims committed reversible error in failing to find, based on the opinion of the expert medical advisor, that she suffered a compensable aggravation of her preexisting carpal tunnel syndrome which was the major contributing cause of her need for treatment.
