District Court of Appeal of Florida
Haigh v. Planning Bd. of the Town of Medfield, 5D05-2809
A "Final Judgment Establishing Foreign Final Judgment" in favor of a town's planning board is vacated pursuant to claims that the lower court denied defendant due process by entering the final judgment without giving him an opportunity to be heard, and that the statute of limitations barred this action upon foreign final judgment.
