Kings Gourmet Market, Inc. v. Hertz-Kusz, 4D05-4278

An order granting an additur to the plaintiff's damages in a slip-and-fall case is affirmed where the trial court did not abuse its broad discretion in granting an additur for future non-economic damages to plaintiff, a very active, athletic woman who regularly jogged and bicycled, that fell in a grocery store and underwent knee replacement surgery.
