Abramson v. Beer, 4D06-4117

Denial of appellant's claim for a mandatory injunction to remove a candidate's name from a ballot for a judicial office is affirmed where the Legislature did not intend for civil traffic infraction hearing officers to be covered by the "resign-to-run" law, Fla. Stat. section 99.012.
