Coverdale v. State of Florida, 2D05-1558

A judgment and sentence for aggravated stalking is reversed and remanded for a new trial where the trial court abused its discretion in denying a motion for mistrial with respect to a comment made by the accuser that defendant tried to molest a friend's daughter, and in admitting certain testimony by a detective.
