District Court of Appeal of Florida
Posner v. Posner, 4D06-2588
A husband's father's petition for writ of certiorari to quash a portion of an order overruling his objections to certain interrogatories propounded by his son's wife in their dissolution proceeding is granted where what the father had given or lent to his daughter and how she supported herself was irrelevant to his son-s dissolution proceedings, and thus, the trial court deviated from the essential requirements of the law in requiring the father to disclose such information.
