District Court of Appeal of Florida

Oliver v. Stone, 2D06-1064

An order entered eleven months after rendition of a final judgment in an action brought by plaintiff to judicially dissolve certain corporations is reversed where the trial court had no authority to enter the order in this proceeding, but the reversal is without prejudice to any right that plaintiff may have to obtain comparable relief in a new proceeding or within a pending bankruptcy proceeding.
