District Court of Appeal of Florida

An order granting current husband's motion to dissolve an amended final judgment of injunction for protection against domestic violence is affirmed in part as to the part of the order dissolving the injunction as to the former husband, but reversed in part as to the portion of the order dissolving the injunction entered in favor of the former husband's minor son where the circuit court erred in finding that it did not have jurisdiction over that subject matter.
