Morgan v. Cornell, 2D05-5872
In a will dispute, summary judgment in favor of the testator's sons and against the testator's long-time companion, with whom he had owned two properties as tenants in common, is reversed where devises in the will validly passed a life estate in the testator's undivided half interest in the properties to the long-time companion, as he intended.
