District Court of Appeal of Florida

An order granting in part and denying in part a wife's motion to enforce the parties' mediation agreement is reversed in part as to: 1) a determination that the husband was under duress with regard to a provision in the agreement addressing refinancing of the marital home; and 2) modification of the agreement to require the sale of the marital home in the event the wife is unable to refinance it.
