District Court of Appeal of Florida

State of Florida v. Green, 2D05-849

An order granting defendant's motion to suppress cocaine, cannabis, and drug paraphernalia, which police seized from his locked car using keys they obtained from him when they arrested him for gambling, is reversed where the "automobile exception" permitted the warrantless search of the vehicle once officers saw a razor blade and white powdery residue inside.
