District Court of Appeal of Florida
Richardson v. Chase Manhattan Bank, 3d04-2199
Denial of objections to a foreclosure sale is reversed where: 1) plaintiff's claim that she did not receive notice in her individual capacity created an issue of fact to be resolved by the trial court; 2) the error of counsel for the estate of plaintiff's deceased husband in not updating her office address with the court does not necessarily preclude relief where there has been a grossly inadequate sales price for the property.
