Summary judgment for defendant attorney over the issue of apparent authority in an action regarding the fraudulent disbursement of funds intended for the purchase of an interest in a mortgage is reversed where trial court failed to consider whether the self-dealing of the purchaser's representative should have created a reasonable doubt in the attorney's mind and caused him to inquire further of his client about the extent of the agent-s authority.
