District Court of Appeal of Florida
Norman v. Norman, 1D05-5256
A final order of dissolution is affirmed in part and reversed in part where the trial court erred: 1) as a matter of law by ordering former husband to obtain life-insurance policies naming his former wife and daughter as beneficiaries, without making additional specific findings; 2) in ordering the former husband to pay 79 percent of the child-s noncovered medical, dental, and related expenses; and 3) in failing to make requisite findings as to the amount of attorney's fees awarded.
