District Court of Appeal of Florida
Nicol v. State of Florida, 5D05-2607
A conviction for conspiracy to commit robbery with a firearm is affirmed where the trial court properly concluded that the initial encounter between a deputy and defendant constituted a valid investigatory stop because the deputy had a reasonable suspicion that defendant had committed, was committing, or was about to commit a crime.
