District Court of Appeal of Florida

Bush v. Webb, 1D05-5747

An order directing the sister of a decedent, as personal representative of the estate, to pay for her deceased sister's funeral expenses is reversed where the trial court erred in ordering her to pay the expenses because decedent's children's funeral expense claims were filed more than two years after the decedent's death and were, thus, untimely.
