State of Florida v. Hackett, 4D05-2798

An order suppressing a confession in a prosecution for drug-related offenses is affirmed where the trial court correctly concluded under the totality of circumstances that defendant was in custody for purposes of Miranda when he was interrogated in or about a stopped vehicle, and a failure to administer Miranda required suppression of the confession.
