Denial of habeas corpus relief over defendant's claims of an error in sentencing is affirmed where the sentencing transcript is very clear that the trial court sentenced defendant to ten years as a habitual offender, and a consecutive thirty-year sentence as a habitual offender, with a mandatory minimum sentence of three years.
