District Court of Appeal of Florida
Stokes v. State of Florida, 2D05-4619
Defendant's conviction and sentence is reversed where the trial court abused its discretion in denying her motion to withdraw her no contest plea, as defendant had established a manifest injustice with regards to her plea colloquy, which was perfunctory at best and completely failed to protect her due process rights.
