District Court of Appeal of Florida

Winburn v. Earl's Well Drilling & Pump Serv., 5D05-3655

Denial of a petition for a writ of prohibition, which challenged a post-judgment denial of a motion to disqualify a presiding judge, is affirmed where the allegations made in petitioner's motion for disqualification of the trial judge were insufficient, and the trial judge's prior adverse ruling was not a legally sufficient ground upon which to base a motion to disqualify.
