State of Florida v. Kasparian, 4D05-3671

An order suppressing drugs dropped by the appellee upon being approached by officers is reversed where the officers' conduct did not constitute a stop without probable cause or reasonable suspicion, but rather a consensual encounter, and the appellee dropped the drugs prior to the stop.
