Denial of a petition for writ of habeas corpus is affirmed where the appellant has unsuccessfully appealed the same issue three times. Further, due to abuse of the legal process, appellant is barred from filing any further pro se pleadings in the court, regardless of remedy sought or theory raised, unless he is represented by Florida counsel.
