Gallinat v. State of Florida, 5D06-1322
An order determining the amount of jail credit is reversed and remanded where the trial court entered a "corrected order" reducing the jail credit award three months after the erroneous order. Per Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.800, the trial court only retains jurisdiction to modify a legal sentence for 60 days.
