District Court of Appeal of Florida

A temporary injunction, enjoining a former general manager to: 1) return misappropriated materials; 2) refrain from disclosing any information about a car dealership business to any person or entity; 3) refrain from selling, leasing, or servicing any new or used vehicles or parts for a limited time period; and 4) make available a laptop computer to which he sent emails containing plaintiff's confidential and proprietary information, is affirmed where the injunction was not an abuse of discretion and there was no other error.
