District Court of Appeal of Florida

A Judge of Compensation Claims' order awarding claimant an attorney's fee in strict accordance with the guideline formula set forth in Florida Statutes section 440.34(1) is affirmed over claimant's constitutional challenges and her motion for appellate attorney's fees is denied, as well. A question regarding the statutory section at issue is certified for review.
