District Court of Appeal of Florida

A conviction for kidnapping and a sentence as a prison releasee reoffender (PRR) is affirmed in part and reversed in part as to the conviction for kidnapping where the evidence did not prove that defendant had confined the victim in any degree that exceeded the parameters of the robbery.
