Applebaum v. Fayerman, 4D05-4106
An order denying defendant, plaintiff's former bond broker, attorney's fees after he prevailed in an arbitration proceeding is reversed where the parties to the arbitration did not expressly waive their right to have a court decide the issue of attorney's fees and defendant prevailed on all legal theories that plaintiff asserted.
