An order denying defendant's motion for post-conviction DNA testing is affirmed without prejudice to the filing of a legally sufficient motion where, although he was permitted to file a motion for post-conviction DNA testing, his motion was inadequate in complying with the pleading requirements set forth in rule 3.853(b).
