District Court of Appeal of Florida
Delta Fire Sprinklers v. Southtrust Bank, N.A., 5D05-3177
An award of attorney's fees for defendant-bank in a suit brought by a fire sprinkler installer for payment for its work on a construction project is affirmed where the record reflected that the trial court properly entered summary judgment in favor of the bank, and the record supported a conclusion that plaintiff thereafter attempted to relitigate a claim that had already been rejected by the court on summary judgment.
