District Court of Appeal of Florida

Turner v. State of Florida, 5D05-2469

A conviction for failure to register as a sexual offender is affirmed where defendant was required to register as a sexual offender in Florida because, although his juvenile adjudication would not have required registration had it occurred in Florida, under Minnesota law he was required to register and thus, he was required to register in Florida as well.
