District Court of Appeal of Florida

Summary judgment for a bar in a suit brought by plaintiff, who was injured by a drunk driver and sued the bar where the driver had consumed alcohol before causing the accident, is reversed where, pursuant to state supreme court and additional case precedent, there were issues of fact as to whether the bar violated of Florida Statutes section 768.125.
