Liss v. Liss, 4D05-2281

An order of dismissal and order denying rehearing, arising from a former husband's petition to modify life insurance provisions of a settlement agreement incorporated into a dissolution judgment, are reversed and the matter remanded for an evidentiary hearing on the merits with respect to the parties' intent as to the former wife's interest in maintaining the insurance.
