Broward County v. Eller Drive Ltd. P'ship, 4D04-3895

In an appeal stemming from a suit between a county and its property appraiser wherein the county sought a declaratory judgment that county-owned property is immune from taxation, an order directing a county tax collector to refund to a county lessee ad valorem taxes and declaring void previous assessments is reversed where the lessee owned the building located on the leased premises.
