District Court of Appeal of Florida
Bonet v. State of Florida, 3d05-0530
Contempt convictions are reversed where the trial court committed fundamental error by failing to comply with procedural requirements, but convictions on other counts are affirmed where the trial court conducted an inquiry which sufficiently addressed each of Bonet's concerns and then properly found trial counsel competent to proceed.
