District Court of Appeal of Florida

An order granting defendants' motion for remittitur, decreasing plaintiff's verdict against them, and an order granting defendants' motion for additur increasing their verdict on a counterclaim against plaintiff are reversed where the trial court erred by entering a final judgment based upon the adjusted verdict amounts without affording plaintiff a new trial on damages.
