District Court of Appeal of Florida

Hobbs v. Weinkauf, 2D04-4806

In a dispute arising from the operation of a condominium association, a judgment for defendant-association on a claim that it failed to comply with the requirements of Florida Statutes section 718.111(12)(a)(11)(b) concerning its accounting records is reversed where the trial court erred in finding that summary accounting records were sufficient to comply with the statute's requirements, as opposed accounting records specific to the individual units. The judgment as to the remainder of claims is affirmed.
