A conviction and sentence for possession of a controlled substance and use or possession of drug paraphernalia are affirmed where the trial court correctly denied defendant's motion to suppress evidence recovered as a result of an allegedly illegal seizure, specifically, a piece of crack cocaine and an alleged crack pipe.
