District Court of Appeal of Florida

Robinson v. State of Florida, 1D05-3046

A conviction and sentence for possession of cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia is affirmed where the state made a prima facie case on the counts that were sent to the jury, and thus, the trial court ruled correctly in partially denying defendant's motion for a judgment of acquittal.
