In a suit arising from a ship collision in Bahamian waters, denial of a ship owner's motion to dismiss plaintiff's complaint for lack of personal jurisdiction is reversed where defendant-owner did not have sufficient minimum contacts with the state to support jurisdiction at the time of the filing of the suit.
