District Court of Appeal of Florida

S.S. v. D.L., 4D05-1548

A partial final judgment terminating parental rights of an incarcerated father on the petition of the former wife and mother is reversed where the time of remaining incarceration was insignificant relative to either girls' remaining minority, and insufficient evidence was set forth to show that termination was the least restrictive means of protecting the children from serious harm.
