C.M. v. Dep't of Children & Families, 1D05-5351

A judgment terminating a father's parental rights over his child and permanently committing the child to the Department of Children and Families for subsequent adoption is reversed in part as to the order terminating his parental rights as the least restrictive means of protecting the child, and the matter is remanded for further findings relating to whether a paternal aunt was a suitable relative placement and whether placement of the child with her would be in the child's manifest best interests.
